Mile Marker 3D began as a hobby. With some technical drawing experience, I wanted to design and 3D-print boat parts I could no longer buy. Through trial and error—testing different materials and designs—I found what worked. When I shared photos on Facebook, I discovered there was strong interest from others. Today, I can replicate—and often improve—most small parts.

Over the past few years, the projects have ranged widely—airplane components, plumbing parts, Cub Scout trophies, and Halloween costume accessories. I also print from files customers bring me, whether they designed them or found them online. On the fun side, I've made articulated dragons and fidget toys for my son, and I regularly save everyday items by recreating broken plastic pieces for dishwashers and small appliances.
